Logistics Analyst at Diebold Nixdorf — Mexico

About The Role

Responsible for handling the inbound freight needs of products for Mexico distribution centers, external customers and processors. Handles other freight needs. Strives to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising quality or reliability of supply. Assists with providing support for inventory management and performance improvement projects. Serves as liaison between central and regional teams, coordinates demand signals and availability among distribution network tiers, including vendors, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers.

Provides Logistics support for assigned departments / locations.

Builds strong working relationships with manufacturing / warehousing / operations stakeholders and with third-party vendors / suppliers / transportation representatives.

Ensures effective execution of area Supply Chain Logistics, including: Tracking local ordering and fulfillment requirements.

Monitoring in-house warehousing and storage.

Working with third-party suppliers and transporters to schedule and organize deliveries.

Monitoring truck planning and delivery.

Documenting and coding late trucks.

Preparing weekly or periodic reports detailing actual versus expected deliveries and noting any discrepancies or issues.

Inputs, maintains and updates all required documentation.

Supports regional / national projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Logistics Analysis.

Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
