(Senior) HR Business Partner (f/m/d) - fixed term 18 months

Responsibilities:

· Advise: You act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and employees on all relevant HR and employment law matters.

· Take responsibility: You independently provide comprehensive support to your assigned areas in Germany throughout the employee lifecycle.

· Shape: You support organizational and change processes and independently drive relevant HR topics and projects forward.

· Collaborate: You foster a trusting and constructive working relationship with our works councils.

· Ensure: You ensure the professional and legally compliant implementation of our HR processes and standards.

Qualifications:

· You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a comparable HR role.

· With sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law, you also have experience working with works councils.

· You confidently advise managers and senior stakeholders.

· You have experience supporting organizational, change and transformation processes.

· Strong initiative, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work set you apart.

· You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills (at least C1 level).
