Job DescriptionJob Title: MEA Productivity Associate ManagerDepartment: ProcurementReports To: Head of Procurement - MEALocation: El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial OfficeRole SummaryThe Kraft Heinz Company is looking for MEA Productivity Associate Manager who will have the overall responsibility for working in a high performing team and you will be part of the Value Engineering international organization. Alongside peers you will always try to reach the next level. Get ready for exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as X functional teams. This role is that you’ll be responsible for all VE projects & activities to implement the Strategy and deliver MEA goals and objectives for any project within MEA.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of projectsLead and deliver value engineering and Security of Supply projects on time and in full for MEALead VE/SoS programs for MEAFollow gatekeeper principles and present projects in gate decision meetingsManage the cross-functional teams by leading team meetings and engaging key stakeholdersCreate and manage timeline, actions and business casesDevelop and manage risk planIssue solving and escalationKey contact for implementationManage project in Project Now system and maintain data qualityReview and update the data on Hive and ensure system data accuracyMonitor VE budget and review and report VE spendPrepare and present project charter to the CLT during the PMR to get their approval to pass project gatesConnect with SCD to review and understand factory capacity and identify constraintsPrepare presentations for PMR, ops committee, VE monthly updates, X-zones monthly connect, procurement updatesConnect with global teams to scope initiatives and cascade internallyLead on VE transformation agendaFocal point and spoke for Procurement Innovation Projects by tracking requirements and ensuring they are closed with the procurement <team.VE> & ESG Portfolio CoordinationKeep overview and track all relevant VE, SoS & ESG initiatives current & pipelineEstablish VE/ ESG BU governance with cross functional team (rituals and routines, yearly calendar etc)Lead cross functional ideation sessions and workshops to generate new initiatives to build the VE & ESG pipeline.Lead the scope out & prioritization of ideas with cross functional team to define active project listBuild business casesEngage different functional stakeholders to drive VE & ESG agendaWork with RGM function on developing business case, understanding the scope of savings, and materializing the ideaQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology OR Industrial EngineeringWork Experience: 5 years in FMCG – Value EngineeringLanguage Knowledge: Proficient EnglishTechnical SkillsTechnical acumen: understanding of basic principles of food production, and product development conceptsKnowing key product characteristics, analytical methods, organoleptic attributesProject Management SkillsFinancial and business acumenSoft SkillsAnalytical and has attention to detailsMust be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Critical thinking & Ability to SimplifyCommunication SkillsLocation(s)El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
