Associate Principal Consultant - SAP S4HANA EWM

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Consultant with deep functional expertise on S/4HANA. The role involves driving full‑cycle EWM projects—from blueprint through go‑live—while collaborating with business, technical, and ABAP teams to deliver optimized warehouse solutions across multiple locations in India. This is a full‑time position within the S4 HANA Functional – Delivery department.

• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go‑Live).
• Configure inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse structures.
• Design and optimize warehouse orders, waves, and yard management scenarios.
• Manage integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
• Implement Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM solutions as required.
• Set up and maintain EWM master data (products, packaging specs, handling units, work centers, resources).
• Handle IDocs, RF framework, labor management, and MFS configurations where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and drive defect resolution.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, preferably on S/4HANA.
• Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Proven expertise in warehouse layout design and process optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Handling Units (HU) and RF transaction management.
• Mandatory experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
• Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Experience configuring IDocs, labor management, and MFS (optional).
• Ability to create functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
