CX Supply Chain Specialist (German)

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Customer Service

- Manage and process customer orders in SAP and related systems.
- Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate activities with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams.
- Handle scheduling agreements, order adjustments, and rolling date changes.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders by resolving order-related inquiries and issues.
- Create and maintain customer master data and support account setup activities.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

- Coordinate annealing planning and monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
- Support material reallocations and collaborate with Quality, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams.
- Manage logistics documentation, including insurance-related documents.
- Ensure effective communication between internal departments and external partners.

Finance & Administration

- Verify and process invoices and financial documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor consignment stock settlements and financial transactions.
- Cooperate with Controlling and Finance teams on billing and credit/debit note processes.

Systems & Process Support

- Maintain pricing data and order confirmations in relevant systems.
- Support IT-related integrations and process improvements.
- Create and manage tickets, reports, and operational documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
- Understanding of logistics, order management, and financial operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or a similar role.
