Order Management Specialist with Spanish - LONG PRODUCTS

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities, including price list management and offer preparation.
• Process customer orders in ERP/SAP systems (standard, warehouse, consignment, and trial orders).
• Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, and other departments, including order changes and updates.
• Manage logistics and shipment processes, including loading orders, shipment requests, credit limit checks, and material allocation.
• Handle customer service activities such as order status updates, reports, documentation (certificates, invoices, delivery notes), and complaint management.
• Maintain customer master data and support creation of new customer accounts in SAP.
• Support Accounts Receivable processes, including proforma invoices, payment monitoring, credit release, and letters of credit.
• Manage consignment stock orders and related activities.
• Participate in projects, prepare training materials, and perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Technical Competencies

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP, CRM, and offer management tools are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
