Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to play a vital role in our GEC project in Qatar. Your primary focus will be to uphold quality standards and implement QA/QC procedures, contributing to the successful execution of high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering endeavors. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures, including inspections, audits, and testing.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and maintain quality plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess quality control measures.
• Identify and address quality issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality-related activities.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality.
• Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
• Support the project team in achieving project goals and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum12 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project-related activities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is preferred.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) are an asset.
• Candidates must hold a valid MMUP registration
