P2P Operations Specialist
Emit · Stockholm, Sweden
About The Role
Procure-to-Pay Operations is central to ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality purchasing and supplier processes across WSP. Across EMEIA, Procurement, Finance, the business, suppliers, and Global Shared Services work together to create consistent ways of working, accurate data, effective controls, and a positive user experience.
As a P2P Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting this ambition. You will provide day-to-day operational support across the P2P process, help users and suppliers resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, systems, and routines.
The role
As a P2P Operations Specialist, you support the effective execution of WSP's end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes across the EMEIA region. The role focuses on supplier onboarding, supplier master data, catalogs and punchout solutions, purchase orders, request handling, and user support. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and Global Shared Services to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.
Key responsibilities include
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate and compliant supplier master data.
• Act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding.
• Maintain and quality-check catalogs and punchout solutions, including pricing and content.
• Support requisitioners and approvers with PO creation, changes, approvals, and P2P-related questions.
• Support compliance with P2P policies and controls, including No PO No Pay.
• Handle day-to-day P2P requests through shared mailboxes, ServiceNow, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with Global Shared Services to manage P2P requests and support end-to-end operations.
• Support system changes, testing, and implementations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of P2P processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is service-minded, structured, and comfortable working across teams, countries, and systems. You enjoy solving operational issues, supporting users, and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
We also believe that you have:
• Experience in P2P Operations, procurement operations, or finance operations.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage operational tasks in a structured manner.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and respond promptly in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Fluency in Swedish, English; additional EMEIA languages are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative approach and experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, and/or Global Shared Services operating models is considered a strong asset.
What we offer
At WSP, you will be part of an international and collaborative environment where Procurement, Finance, and the business work together to strengthen operational delivery. You will contribute to reliable P2P services across EMEIA and have the opportunity to support improvements in compliance, data quality, systems, processes, and user experience.
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and functions, helping to develop consistent ways of working while ensuring that local and regional operational needs are represented.
