Platform Feature Owner

En tant que Platform Feature Owner chez Aptiv, vous serez responsable de la définition, du développement et de la livraison de bout en bout d'une ou plusieurs fonctionnalités véhicule au sein de notre plateforme.

Véritable référent technique, vous assurerez la coordination entre les équipes d'ingénierie, les responsables régionaux et les clients afin de garantir la qualité, la maturité et la conformité des fonctionnalités développées.

Vous piloterez leur évolution tout au long du cycle de développement, en veillant au respect des exigences ASPICE, des réglementations applicables et des objectifs de performance.

Vous contribuerez également à la standardisation et à la réutilisation des solutions techniques à l'échelle internationale, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans la résolution des problématiques techniques et l'amélioration continue des produits.

Vos responsabilités

• Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des fonctionnalités véhicule, depuis la définition des exigences et la conception jusqu'à l'intégration, la validation, la traçabilité et la gestion des changements.
• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de réutilisation des fonctionnalités, algorithmes et composants à travers les projets régionaux (Europe, Amérique du Nord, Asie-Pacifique et Chine), en collaboration avec les Regional Feature Owners.
• Planifier, prioriser et suivre les activités de développement à l'aide de Jira, en assurant la gestion du backlog, des sprints, des indicateurs de performance et des risques.
• Coordonner les équipes transverses, notamment l'ingénierie système, l'architecture, la sûreté de fonctionnement, les algorithmes, le logiciel, les tests, le diagnostic, les outils et la calibration.
• Définir et maintenir les exigences fonctionnelles (VRS et support SSRS), garantir la conformité ASPICE, la traçabilité des livrables et la couverture des activités de vérification.
• Piloter les échanges techniques avec les clients, notamment les revues SYS1/SYS2, les clarifications des exigences, les négociations et la résolution des problématiques liées aux fonctionnalités.
• Superviser les activités de validation et de calibration, contribuer à la réutilisation des éléments de conception SYS2/SYS3 et accompagner les procédures de release hardware et software.
• Évaluer les demandes de changement, analyser leurs impacts techniques et financiers, proposer des solutions optimisées et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes d'ingénierie système.

Votre profil

• Diplôme d'ingénieur en électronique, informatique, automobile ou dans un domaine technique connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Solide expertise des systèmes embarqués ; une connaissance des fonctionnalités véhicule et des architectures automobiles constitue un atout.
• Connaissance des exigences ASPICE et/ou des méthodologies de développement Agile.
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes techniques complexes.
• Très bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de mener des discussions techniques directement avec les clients.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit, dans un environnement de travail international.
• Profil autonome, proactif et structuré, capable de coordonner des équipes transverses ; une expérience préalable dans le pilotage d'équipes d'ingénierie ou de projets techniques constitue un avantage.

As a Platform Feature Owner at Aptiv, you will take end-to-end ownership of one or more vehicle features, from initial definition and development through integration, validation, and delivery.

Acting as the technical leader and main point of contact for your assigned features, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and ensure that solutions meet quality, performance, regulatory, and ASPICE requirements.

You will work closely with regional Feature Owners and customer engineering teams to drive feature development, promote technical reuse, and ensure successful integration across global platforms.

Your contribution will be essential in delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative vehicle technologies while supporting customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of assigned vehicle features, including requirements definition, system design, development planning, integration, testing, traceability, and change management.
• Drive the modular and scalable reuse strategy for features, algorithms, and components across regional projects (Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and China), collaborating with Regional Feature Owners to identify synergies and customer-specific adaptations.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor feature development activities using Jira, managing backlogs, sprints, project milestones, KPIs, risks, and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Systems Engineering, Architecture, Functional Safety, Algorithms, Software, Testing, Diagnostics, Tools, and Calibration teams.
• Define and maintain feature requirements (VRS ownership and SSRS support), ensuring ASPICE compliance, requirements traceability, completeness of work products, and verification coverage.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers, leading technical discussions, requirement clarification sessions, negotiations, and SYS1/SYS2 reviews.
• Coordinate feature validation, calibration, and testing activities, ensure reuse of SYS2/SYS3 system design elements, approve calibration and tuning results, and support hardware and software release processes.
• Assess change requests and their technical and cost implications, drive effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering methods and product development processes.

Your Background

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in embedded systems; knowledge of vehicle features and automotive system architectures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) requirements and/or Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead technical discussions and influence internal teams and customer representatives.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and structured working style, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities; previous experience leading engineering teams or complex technical initiatives is an advantage.
