Director Product Management (Win the Data)

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead two key product pillars, Win the Data and Enablement, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail crime prevention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive product strategy, and ensure high-quality product delivery. This is a leadership role based in Auckland with hybrid working options.

• Lead the product managers across Win the Data and Enablement, providing clear direction and helping them grow.
• Own the strategy for both pillars, including the Connected Ecosystem vision for partner integrations and the Open API.
• Drive the response to changes in the competitive landscape, making decisions on what to build, in what order, and what to leave out.
