Associate Veterinarian

Liaise with veterinarians and clinic teams on day-to-day operational and clinical communication
Prepare, organize, and send documents (SOPs, protocols, reports, training materials) to relevant stakeholders
Research and compile clinical information and literature to support quality and training initiatives
Manage email correspondence on behalf of the team, including follow-ups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols
Review documents, forms, and clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Support ad hoc projects related to clinical quality, training rollouts, and process standardization
