Speech and Language Pathologist I

Under the supervision of the Speech and Language Pathology Supervisor, the Speech and Language Pathologist I is responsible for competently providing safe and effective Speech Language Pathology care to patients and their families. The Speech and Language Pathologist assesses Speech and Language Pathology needs, plans, and implements and evaluates therapy programs working autonomously. The Speech and Language Pathologist I work in collaboration with other members of the health care team and to provide evidence-based care by integrating research with practice. The Speech and Language Pathologist I promotes and provides continuous improvement and helps to generate innovative ideas within Speech and Language Pathology practice.
