About The Role

Own the global vision, roadmap, and business case for GEA's Sales AI capabilities
Continuously build and scale the AI skill set for GEA Sales to create measurable business impact
Lead the development and rollout of the AI-powered Sales Assistant as Product Owner
Act as the business owner between Sales, Marketing, IT, GEA AHEAD AI Program, Data, and external partners
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the sales process
Drive adoption, change management, and capability building globally
Define KPIs and ensure measurable business impact

5+ years of experience in AI Transformation, Digital Innovation, Sales Excellence, Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a related field
Proven experience delivering AI-powered business solutions from concept to adoption and measurable business impact
Strong understanding of B2B sales and commercial processes
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Passion for AI, innovation, and business transformation
Hands-on mindset with the ability to drive projects and deliver results in a complex matrix organization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
