Customer Support Advisor - UK

Join Entain, a leading global sports betting and gaming company. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide proactive and reactive support to customers across multiple contact channels, resolve enquiries at the first point of contact, and escalate complex enquiries appropriately. You should have at least one year of contact center and customer service experience, be fluent in written and spoken English, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Support customers across voice and non-voice contact channels while maintaining service standards.
• Resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible and escalate complex enquiries appropriately.
• Keep your product, marketing and customer support knowledge up to date and identify and escalate issues that could affect the customer experience.

**To be successful in this role**

• At least one year of contact centre and customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Confidence supporting customers through voice, email and live chat.
• A high school diploma, vocational qualification, short-course certificate or bachelor's degree in any field.
