Bar Back - Sports Bar

Join our team as a Bar Back at our Sports Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a service culture that ensures superior guest service, adhering to alcohol policies, managing inventory, and keeping the bar clean and organized. You will also ensure the safety and security of team members and guests, maintain bar equipment and POS systems, and stay informed about promotions and events. The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful. The target salary is $15.00 per hour.

• Develop and maintain a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy and maintain compliance with all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar.
