Automotive Diagnostic Support Engineer | Spanish, Italian & Portuguese Speakers

Join MSX International, a leading automotive support company, as an Automotive Diagnostic Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide expert assistance in diagnosing complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solutions. You will work closely with technicians in workshops and dealerships, providing repair instructions and acting as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers. The ideal candidate will have automotive experience, proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex technical issues and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues.
• Work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support with repair instructions via specified communication channels.
• Act as an interface between the manufacturer and the dealers, supporting the development of solutions for the entire product range.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working in a collaborative technical environment, and is comfortable taking initiative when resolving challenges. A passion for the automotive industry, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders will contribute to success in this role with the following qualifications:

• Automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop or at a manufacturer, (aftersales retail experience is an advantage)
• Confident in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures
• **Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese** (or any combination of these languages).
• Experience with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
• Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with high-level of organizational and time management skills
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
