Senior Manager of Legal Operations

As the Senior Manager of Legal Operations, you will be responsible for modernizing our legal tech stack, running the contract engine, measuring legal efficiency, and managing our document repository. This is a builder's role with real room to shape how Legal works as we grow. You will gain hands-on experience in shaping AI-enabled legal workflows and partnering with various departments across a global organization.

• Modernize the legal tech stack by leading the selection, migration, and ongoing improvement of contract lifecycle management (CLM), workflow, and AI-enabled tools.
• Drive the process review and administration of commercial agreements, ensuring full visibility into renewals, expirations, and key milestones.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for legal efficiency, and refine Legal’s processes as the team scales.

• Document Expert: Seasoned in legal holds, collection and production of documents and in gathering and cataloging materials for litigation, M&A and investor diligence
• Data-Driven Operator: Comfortable building KPIs, and overseeing legal vendors and outside counsel bills
• Ways to stand out: Experience with AI-enabled legal tools with a background in semiconductor
• Legal Ops Builder: 8+ years in legal operations and contract management, with a track record of legal process implementation, including moving teams onto (and off of) legal tools and workflow platforms while iterating
• Contracts Pro: Hands-on experience with commercial agreements of all types, including NDAs, MSAs and amendments, plus the templates and playbooks that keep them consistent
