Senior AI Automation & Zendesk Specialist - South Africa

Join Voy, a fast-growing startup in the healthcare industry, as a Senior AI Automation & Zendesk Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions to improve the efficiency of our Patient Experience Team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop automated workflows, integrate AI, ensure quality assurance, and provide training and governance. The ideal candidate has experience in automation, AI, and Zendesk, and is driven by ambitious solutions and a growth mindset.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze manual workflows, and design robust automation strategies.
• Design and deploy automated pipelines connecting our custom-made backend system's APIs with Zendesk and other enterprise systems using low-code/no-code tools.
• Evaluate where LLMs and AI agents genuinely add value versus deterministic automation, and embed them into daily operations where justified.
