Job Description & Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations and implementation programs . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions, driving business process transformation, and leading global SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. *Job Position Level-Senior Manager | Skill-SAP PP/QM Solution Architect | Competency-SAP | LOS-Advisory | Location-Hyderabad *Responsibilities: Solution Architecture · Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions in the areas of: ü Production Planning (PP) ü Quality Management (QM) ü Manufacturing Execution integration ü Process Manufacturing / Discrete Manufacturing · Define end-to-end business process architecture aligned with industry best practices. · Drive fit-gap workshops and recommend SAP standard solutions. Implementation & Delivery · Lead multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation projects. · Prepare functional specifications and oversee system configuration. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. · Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. · Ensure successful integration between PP/QM and: ü MM (Materials Management) ü SD (Sales & Distribution) ü EWM ü PM ü MES systems ü SAP IBP/APO (preferred) Stakeholder Management · Engage with business leaders, plant managers, and global process owners. · Provide architectural guidance during business process transformation initiatives. · Conduct executive-level solution presentations and workshops. Team Leadership · Lead and mentor functional consultants and offshore teams. · Review solution design documents, configurations, and testing deliverables. · Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project governance standards. *Mandatory Skill Sets: SAP PP/QM, Solutions Architecture, S4HANA, E2E implementation *Preferred Skills Sets: · SAP PP/DS · SAP IBP Integration · Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) · SAP BTP · Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives · SAP Signavio Process Transformation experience *Years of Experience Required: 12-16 years of experience *Education Qualification: master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering
