Job Description & Summary: A career within SAP Technology Consulting will provide you with the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy modern, responsive, and user-friendly enterprise applications using SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. As an SAP Fiori Developer / SAP UI5 Consultant, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop custom applications, enhance standard SAP Fiori applications, integrate front-end solutions with SAP backend systems through OData services, and support cloud-based application extensions using SAP CAPM and SAP BTP. Job Position Title: IN_SA_SAP Fiori UI5_CAPM_Advisory_Delhi NCR Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 applications based on business requirements. Develop responsive and reusable applications using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and XML. Develop Fiori Elements and Freestyle SAP UI5 applications. Integrate applications with SAP backend systems using OData services. Enhance and extend standard SAP Fiori applications based on customer requirements. Develop custom UI5 views, controllers, fragments, models, and reusable components. Use CAPM to develop cloud-based services and full-stack extensions on SAP BTP. Configure and support the SAP Fiori Launchpad, including roles, catalogs, groups, and tiles. Collaborate with ABAP developers, functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery. Ensure application performance, usability, responsiveness, and adherence to SAP Fiori design principles. Perform debugging, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, solution documentation, and effort estimation. Provide technical support during go-live and post-production phases. Mandatory skill sets: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and XML. Hands-on experience in developing and consuming OData services. Experience in developing Fiori Elements and Freestyle SAP UI5 applications. Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration. Experience integrating SAP UI applications with SAP backend systems. Working knowledge of CAPM, including cloud-based service and application development. Experience or exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform. Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE. Knowledge of responsive application design and SAP Fiori design principles. Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of Git or other version-control tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred skill sets: Knowledge of SAP Gateway and ABAP/OData integration. Exposure to CDS Views and service consumption. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA. Experience deploying applications on SAP BTP. Knowledge of SAP BTP destinations, connectivity, and related services. Knowledge of Node.js or Java for CAPM development. Exposure to SAP Work Zone or SAP Build tools. Experience integrating applications with SAP backend APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts. Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies. SAP certification in Fiori, UI5, BTP, or related technologies. Years of experience required: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 development, including hands-on experience in developing and deploying Fiori applications. Exposure to CAPM, SAP BTP, or cloud-extension projects is preferred. Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
