Job Description & Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FI-ReFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant with 4-7 years of SAP Finance experience and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects . The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP Real Estate processes integrated with Finance, Lease Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Contract Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge and have participated in multiple end-to-end implementation projects. *Job Position Level-Senior Associate | Skill-SAP FI-ReFX | Competency-SAP | LOS-Advisory | Location-PAN India *Responsibilities: · Participate in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects as an SAP FI-ReFX functional consultant. · Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to: ü Real Estate Contract Management ü Lease-In and Lease-Out Processes ü Lease Accounting ü Property and Space Management ü Rent Calculations and Billing ü Service Charge Settlement · Configure SAP FI-ReFX functionalities based on business requirements. · Implement IFRS16 and ASC842 lease accounting processes. · Integrate ReFX with: ü SAP FI (General Ledger) ü Accounts Payable ü Accounts Receivable ü Asset Accounting (AA) ü Controlling (CO) ü SAP Treasury · Configure lease contracts, measurement rules, valuation rules, and posting parameters. · Support data migration, system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams during implementation. · Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations. · Support defect resolution and hypercare activities post go-live. · Conduct client workshops, process walkthroughs, and user training sessions. *Mandatory Skills: SAP FI-ReFX, Lease Accounting, Contract and Property Management, S4HANA, Public Cloud, E2E implementation *Preferred Skills: Consulting Experience *Years of Experience: 4 -7 years of experience *Education Qualification: · Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. · CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage. · SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred. · SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification is desirable.
