About The Role

Production Scheduling: Direct all aspects of production scheduling and workflow optimization for a dedicated manufacturing line to balance capacity and fulfill customer demands.
Capacity & Workflow Optimization: Monitor and continually adjust production schedules to maintain an even workload distribution while proactively identifying opportunities to expedite orders.
Cross-Functional Communication: Partner with order processing personnel and manufacturing leadership to streamline communications, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless, uninterrupted order flow.
Inventory & Material Control: Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components to satisfy customer demand and minimize production downtime.
Lead Time Management: Strategically manage production timelines to optimize lead times, directly supporting sales enablement and order acquisition.
