For our client, a leading Swiss private bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst – Compliance \& Workflow Automation to support a compliance\-related IT initiative.Senior IT Business Analyst – Compliance \& Workflow Automation (100%)Job description:* Analyse and evaluate options for automating compliance\-related IT workflows.* Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with the relevant Framework Owner.* Support the design and conceptualisation of an automated workflow solution for the Global CoI Register.* Ensure that proposed solutions address relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.* Act as the interface between business stakeholders, compliance functions and technical teams.* Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.* Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.About the customer:The primary focus of this assignment is to explore and evaluate options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for the **Global Conflict of Interest (CoI) Register**, ensuring alignment with regulatory <requirements.You> will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams and IT specialists to gather requirements and translate business needs into feasible technical solutions.Requirements:* Proven experience as an **IT Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer**.* Strong background in business analysis, requirements engineering and business process analysis.* Good understanding of compliance\-related processes and technical IT workflows.* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in collaboration with different stakeholders.* Strong analytical, conceptual and problem\-solving skills.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.**Nive to have:*** Experience with **Flowable and/or ServiceNow**.* Knowledge of BPMN, workflow management or business process automation.* Previous experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry.* Experience working on compliance\-related IT initiatives.j4id10461380jm j4it1044jm j4iy26jm
