Ireland Homecare Team Manager

You will manage, develop and oversee Homecare teams delivering Clinical and Home Oxygen services on an Island of Ireland (IOI) basis Patient and customer focus are key elements of this senior managerial role, as is people management and development You will work as part of BOC Healthcare’s management team to ensure that services are delivered safely, on time and to contract specification Part of the role will be to deliver key productivity projects within the scope of Northern Ireland (NI) home oxygen and Rep. of Ireland (ROI) clinical services The role is responsible for SHEQ performance and improvements across Homecare functions in NI ROI You will also liaise externally with key Health Board and Health Authority personnel and customers to represent and promote BOC’s Homecare brand In addition, you will ensure that supply chain stock levels are monitored and managed to ensure Customer Service KPIs are met Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Homecare employees are aware of Information Governance requirements and work within the guidance and best-practice of BOC’s Pharmacovigilance policy
