Your role is to ensure quality customer service, provide relevant information, and oversee the smooth running of activities while adhering to safety and service standards. Customer Reception: Greet, guide, and inform customers in a courteous and professional manner Provide information about activities, schedules, pricing, and access conditions Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Selling snacks and drinks at the bar Registration and Booking Management: Handle participant registrations (create badges, team names, etc.) Manage reservations and cancellations through the booking system Process payments Facility Management: Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises Oversee the proper functioning of game rooms Manage inventory and stock levels Required Skills: Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team Stress management Autonomy
