Cashier/Sales Assistant (Part-Time) SPAR Inver Service Station, Paddy Brown's Road, Waterford is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, operating the till, maintaining store standards, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the store. The successful candidate will be available to work evening shifts and have flexibility to work weekends as required. Hours: 2-3 shifts per week, including some weekend work Shift Pattern: Evening shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Provide friendly and efficient customer service Operate the till and process cash, card and electronic payments accurately Assist customers with queries and product information Replenish stock, rotate products and assist with deliveries Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and food safety Follow company policies and health and safety procedures Support the day-to-day running of the store and carry out general store duties as required

Previous retail or cashier experience is desirable but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
