Supporting Head of Govrel regional for monitoring and maintain budget implementation by review periodically to ensure the effectiveness of budget used. Build and maintain a good relationship with Government parties to gather information regarding market condition in order to avoid any risk that probably happen in the future. Identify and categorize the potential risk by regional and provide suggestion for the best solutions to ensure business can be implemented according to the target. Maintain and ensure the validation of all existing permit / licensing and ensure the new permit has been issued according to applicable regulations in order to the support the business. Provide legal advising and assistance and/or collaborate with Legal expertise to resolve problems that occur related to Legal issues. Perform analysis of existing procedure and provide any recommendation for improvement either modification or develop new procedure in order to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare performance report (achievement and/or progress) by region/area and other information that needed to be report accurately and timely. Perform the best performance by review the achievement periodically (daily, weekly and monthly) to ensure the target is achieved. Monitoring and supervise performance team to ensure their best performance. Mentoring, coaching and develop the subordinate to increase their engagement and create successor in the future. Supporting Head of Govrel regional for update Government regulations periodically related their scope of work to ensure all plans following the Government regulations. What You Will Need: Min. 7-9 year experiences in related field Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Management/others, preferrable from Law graduates. Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill. Fluent in English both written & verbal. Experience in Legal Knowledge is preferrable (Commercial Legal). Have negotiation skills and able to persuade other. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, with strong analytical thinking. Ability to perform under time constraints. Ability to understand the business model, the company strategy and legal/regulatory.
