I would like to reinforce the need to backfill Elena’s position. The team needs additional capacity, either a QA engineer or a developer who can contribute to test automation and ensure the required verification and validation coverage.For the coming months, the planned work already represents at least eight QA sprints plus several additional days of QA effort:- WhatsApp templates: at least 1 QA sprint- Dark mode: approximately 1 QA sprint- Partial contacts in chat: approximately 1.5 QA sprints- Voicemail federated-module rewrite: approximately 0.5 QA sprint- International expansion and audio tones: approximately 2 days, including QA-owned implementation- Codec prioritization: approximately 1 QA sprint- SMS spam blocking: approximately 1 day- Ex-directory and visibility groups: at least 1 QA sprint- Copy-to-Dial: at least 0.5 QA sprint, with the final scope still to be defined- Omnissa and Horizon final regression: approximately 0.5 QA sprint- Electron upgrade: at least 1 QA sprint
