DESCRIPTION Managing schedules , meetings, and documentation Handling CRM system and databas e Coordinating between departments (sales, technical , qualit y , finance ) Pipeline generations (leads, contacts , opportunities ) Preparing quotes , proposals and contracts Assisting in order processing and trackin g Liaising with internal and external customers Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Suppo rting technical sales representatives and administrative areas REQUIREMENTS Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) Proficiency in OFFICE software Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis Hand ling customer inquires and complaints diplomatically Attention to detail Fluent English MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU JazzHr Privacy Policy <https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/>
