📌 JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment team, ensuring efficient sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of qualified candidates.
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Lead, coach, and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
✅ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
✅ Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements
✅ Monitor recruiters' performance, productivity, and hiring metrics
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers and operations regarding manpower requirements
✅ Ensure timely submission and processing of qualified candidates
✅ Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database
✅ Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management
✅ Help resolve recruitment-related concerns and challenges
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
✔️ Preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience
✔️ Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course
✔️ Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
✔️ Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure
✔️ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
✔️ Proficient in using recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
✔️ Willing to work on-site and meet recruitment targets
