Principal Consultant - HCM Benefits

Experience: 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementation
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant.
• Proven client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Benefits configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefits workstream during implementation projects.
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
