As a Graduate…
You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training with exposure to exciting opportunities. You will also be supported by our Graduate Program which provides a structured learning experience.

You will join global People Solutions team where people, process, data, and technology come together. You'll gain hands-on experience across People Operations working on real business challenges, you will have the opportunity to codesign smarter ways of working, improve data quality, and support projects that drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

You will have the opportunity to…
-Support the delivery of global People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.

-Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve them.

-Help maintain high standards of people data quality and integrity across our People systems.

-Contribute to People technology initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and process implementation projects.

-Partner with stakeholders across People, Finance, Technology, and the wider business to understand challenges and develop solutions.

-Contribute to projects involving automation, AI, digital tools, employee experience, and process optimisation.

-Support the rollout of new initiatives and help drive the adoption of improved ways of working.

What we are looking for…
-A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic background.

-Naturally curious and eager to understand how businesses, processes, and technology work together.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think beyond the obvious solution.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Comfortable working with data and using insights to tell a story or support recommendations.

-Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.

-An interest in People technology, automation, AI, process improvement, or digital transformation.

-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different locations and functions.

-A proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements.
