Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing delivery across multiple squads and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. You will have the opportunity to shape the delivery management process and make a measurable impact on the organization.

• Regularly check in with squads on delivery status, building a live, cross-squad picture of risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Identify blockers and dependencies using delivery data, weigh the trade-offs, and take ownership of resolving them with other functions.
• Facilitate and support key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping them purposeful.
