Revenue Analyst (Order to Cash)

Join Sonar as an O2C Revenue Analyst, where you will support the accuracy and reliability of data in our order-to-cash and revenue accounting processes. You will extract, transform, validate, and load Salesforce CPQ data into Aptitude RevStream, investigate data exceptions, and reconcile billing information to the revenue subledger. This role requires strong data processing skills, advanced Excel capabilities, SQL reporting knowledge, and hands-on AREV experience. You will work closely with Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, and BizTech to support monthly and quarterly closes, investigate transactions, and strengthen team coverage through cross-training and process documentation.

• Extract, transform, validate, and load Salesforce CPQ data into Aptitude RevStream (AREV), investigate data exceptions, and reconcile billing information to the revenue subledger.
• Support monthly and quarterly closes by applying strong data processing skills, advanced Excel capabilities, SQL reporting knowledge, and hands-on AREV experience.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, technology, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work while maintaining appropriate review and controls.

• Experience using Aptitude RevStream, SFDC, NetSuite and Stripe is preferred
• The ability to work on-site, collaborate across Finance and BizTech, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced close environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document repeatable procedures, communicate technical issues clearly, and cross-train colleagues
• 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in O2C data operations, revenue systems, data processing, or data engineering, preferably in a software or subscription-based business
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
