Director of Business Architecture & Transformation

Join LSEG as the Director of Business Architecture & Transformation. In this role, you will support the business architecture vision and transformation roadmap for Operations, driving long-term growth ambitions. You will work across Operations, Engineering, and business teams to develop a multi-year modernization program, encompassing database infrastructure, operations tooling, process/workflows, and quality management capabilities. Your key success measures will include delivering a future process architecture and roadmap for approximately 30 content sets, increasing straight-through processing, productivity, and service levels, and reducing exception volumes and operational risk.

• Defining the future vision and developing the business architecture blueprint that underpins operational transformation across all content domains.
• Delivering Straight Through Processing Transformation by defining maturity targets and creating a structured roadmap to achieve world-class operational performance.
• Collaborating with Product and Technology teams to accelerate innovation and delivery, and helping develop and present business cases, investment proposals, and progress updates to executive governance forums.

• Background in enterprise architecture, business architecture or operating model design
• Understanding of operational excellence, process engineering and automation methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, analysis and measurement)
• Experience working in large-scale operations, data and technology functions ideally within financial markets or information services industries
• Strong understanding of relevant technologies and how they can be brought together to deliver E2E process excellence. This would include databases, workflow tooling, quality tooling, automation and AI
• Experience modernising large-scale data platforms and operational ecosystems
