Staff Manufacturing Product Engineer

Join Graphcore as a Staff Manufacturing Product Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting new product introduction (NPI) development and volume production of complex hardware products. You will connect design, test, quality, and supply chain decisions with real manufacturing outcomes, ensuring products are manufacturable, resilient, and ready for supplier capability. You will work closely with contract manufacturers, drive yield improvement, analyze production data, and resolve manufacturing issues. • Assumer un rôle de leader dans le soutien au développement de nouveaux produits et à la production en volume de produits matériels complexes.

• This role suits someone who enjoys practical engineering ownership across design and production
• Working knowledge of L10 mechanical design and system build, ideally for HPC products
• Strong fault diagnosis, problem solving and failure analysis skills, including ICT to SMT debug
• Experienced in statistical analysis tools (e.g JMP, SQL, Python)
• Strong interpersonal skills for supplier-facing, cross-functional and cross-regional engineering work
• Thorough understanding of Automated surface mount assembly processes and manufacturing methodologies
• Experience using continuous improvement methods, including SPC and DOE
• Ability to connect silicon, package and PCB interactions into clear DfM feedback
• Extensive experience in a similar manufacturing facing role
