About The Role
Join UnderwriteMe, an Insurtech software business and subsidiary of Pacific Life Re. As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy advanced LLM-based and agentic systems that extract and reason over medical records and application data. You will work in a dynamic, fast-fail environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team and directly impacting our product and business.
- Conception, construction and deployment of advanced LLM-based and agentic systems for medical records.
- Ownership of the evaluation process to ensure the effectiveness of the systems developed.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align machine learning capabilities with product goals.
