About The Role

Join Zenobē, a rapidly growing company focused on creating practical routes to a zero carbon world. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and other functional heads to support the wider finance team and drive efficiency.

  • Lead and develop the treasury team, setting priorities, coaching, and building capability as the team introduces a Treasury Management System (TMS) and drives efficiency.
  • Work with the Head of Finance to shape the treasury roadmap and establish treasury as an independent, strategic function that adds measurable value to the business.
  • Manage a c£2bn portfolio across c8 non-recourse project debt facilities in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring debt is drawn in a timely way to fund the company's growing capital requirements.
  • We realise that certain groups of people are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the job requirements
  • To be absolutely clear: if you like the look of this job and think you could do it well, we encourage you to apply with a CV that highlights your transferable skills and experience
  • Above all, Zenobē is looking for collaborative, flexible, empathetic people who are interested in creating and promoting practical routes to a zero carbon world
  • Experience managing and developing a team is preferred
  • Strong command of Excel and financial modelling. Experience of TMS implementation, and proficiency in Power BI or automation tools, are advantageous
  • 8+ years' treasury experience, ideally in infrastructure or asset-heavy businesses with a global footprint
  • Comfortable working across time zones when required
  • A hands-on, builder mindset: happy to work as an individual contributor when needed and to build processes from scratch rather than run an existing playbook
  • A collaborative, people-first approach, working effectively inside the finance team and across the wider business, including Legal, Corporate Finance and commercial colleagues
  • Strong experience of non-recourse project debt structures, including covenant modelling and compliance forecasting, and negotiating with lenders and banks
  • A treasury qualification (ACT / MCT / AMCT) or an accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) combined with treasury experience is preferred
