Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and scale a team of grant specialists, ensuring high-quality proposals and efficient workflows. You will also manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for grant writers, and produce weekly reports for the leadership team. This role is perfect for those with experience in managing large teams, knowledge of the grant writing process, and a strong university education.

• Manage a growing grant writer team of 20 people, ensuring tasks are completed on time and proposals meet quality standards.
• Create and manage processes for grant prospecting, writing, and submission, while coaching and developing the team.
• Monitor pipeline density across all accounts to smooth out deadline clustering and reallocate overflow work as needed.
