Senior People Advisor

Your responsibilities will include employee relations, manager coaching, policy and process management, people data analysis, and supporting integration projects. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in HR, a good knowledge of UK employment law, and a proactive, people-first mindset.

• Coaching managers through employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
• Keeping UK policies current and compliant, and building new processes where gaps appear.
• Tracking employee relations and absence data, spotting trends, and sharing clear insights with the People Business Partners.
