Infrastructure Business Operations Associate

Join Cloudflare's Infrastructure Strategy team as an Infrastructure Business Operations Associate. In this role, you will analyze complex infrastructure questions, support capacity and investment decisions, and partner with various teams to evaluate strategic opportunities. You will need strong problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and a curiosity about internet infrastructure.

• Comfort working with quantitative data in spreadsheets; experience with SQL, data visualization, or financial and operational modeling is helpful, or you are motivated to learn
• A practical approach to AI and automation: you use tools to move faster while validating outputs and maintaining sound judgment
• Strong structured problem-solving skills: you can break an unclear question into testable components, identify the important drivers, and synthesize a practical answer
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn detailed analysis into concise materials for executive audiences
• Curiosity about internet infrastructure, hardware, AI Infrastructure, capacity planning, and economics; prior infrastructure experience is welcome but not required
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategic finance, analytics, supply chain, or another quantitatively rigorous role
• Experience with, or strong interest in, product economics, deal modeling, cost allocation, pricing, or margin analysis
• Strong project-management habits, attention to detail, and the persistence to follow issues across multiple teams and systems to resolution
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other analytics databases
