Technical Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Technical Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will lead the Technology GRC program, manage compliance inquiries, maintain risk registers, and represent Technology at risk committees. You will also execute audits, track remediation, design controls, and manage policy governance. Additionally, you will align the roadmap with compliance tasks, collaborate with engineering teams, and lead vendor assessments. The position is based in Madrid or London.

• Lead the Technology GRC programme, maintaining Tech’s overall compliance posture, providing a centralized view of risks, controls, and audit findings.
• Manage and triage incoming audit, risk, and compliance inquiries across Technology and Engineering, setting coordinated response strategies.
• Lead internal and external audits end-to-end—from initial scoping and evidence coordination to remediation and closure.
