Senior Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaker

• Lead a sales team in developing prospects, coaching and mentoring team members, and helping them progress in their careers.
• Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, managing the customer relationship for new customers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume and implement regional sales programs for sales action and training plans.
