Senior Legal Counsel (Gerente Jurídico)

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Legal Counsel in our Sao Paulo office. In this role, you will provide legal, regulatory, and governance advice to support Ebury's growth in Brazil and across Latin America. You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on banking and payments regulation, support corporate governance, manage disputes, and lead the adoption of AI tools in legal workflows. The position requires at least 7 years of experience as legal counsel for financial institutions, advanced English and Spanish skills, and a collaborative mindset.

• Redigir, revisar e negociar contratos financeiros e corporativos para as entidades da Ebury no Brasil e em outras jurisdições da América Latina.
• Fornecer consultoria sobre regulamentação bancária e de pagamentos, incluindo produtos e serviços bancários transfronteiriços.
• Gerenciar litígios, supervisionando escritórios de advocacia externos e garantindo a conformidade com os prazos judiciais.
