About The Role
Join Ebury, a fast-growing leader in fintech, as a Senior Legal Counsel in our Sao Paulo office. You will provide front-line legal advice on various matters, including contracts, banking regulation, corporate governance, and disputes. You will also lead the adoption of AI tools across legal workflows. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as legal counsel for financial institutions and is fluent in English and Spanish.
- Redigir, revisar e negociar contratos financeiros e corporativos para as entidades da Ebury no Brasil e em outras jurisdições da América Latina.
- Fornecer consultoria sobre regulamentação bancária e de pagamentos, incluindo produtos e serviços bancários transfronteiriços.
- Gerenciar litígios, supervisionando escritórios de advocacia externos e garantindo a conformidade com os prazos judiciais.
