Key Account Manager - Introductory Brokers

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Key Account Manager in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Ebury's ecosystem through strategic broker agreements and referral partnerships. You will focus on key Dutch multipliers, take ownership of your pipeline, and uphold Ebury's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Identifying, prioritizing, and signing high-value partners, specifically targeting Professional Services.
• Leading the integration of new partners into the Ebury ecosystem, ensuring they are equipped to drive meaningful corporate introductions.
• Taking full ownership of your pipeline, reporting on progress against growth plans and consistently exceeding recruitment targets.
