Industry Marketing Lead, Retail & eCommerce

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as the Industry Marketing Lead for Retail & Consumer Goods. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the retail industry, own the retail narrative and point of view, and be the field's retail expert. You will work closely with sales, product, partnerships, customer success, and other marketing teams to build Braze's retail business.

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Retail & Consumer Goods industry.
• Own the retail narrative and point of view, developing and evolving Braze’s retail and consumer goods narrative.
• Be the field’s retail expert, bringing field and customer insight back to Product, Product Marketing and leadership to shape priorities.
