Inside Sales Executive

Join Voy India, a leading DTC online healthcare provider, as an Inside Sales Executive. In this role, you will engage with inbound leads, understand their health goals, and onboard them into our clinical program. You will work closely with our doctors, growth and product teams, and help build the playbooks and processes for a fast-growing sales team. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in sales or inside sales, strong communication skills, and a patient-first approach.

• Engaging with inbound leads, understanding their health goals, and addressing questions on pricing, safety, and outcomes.
• Owning the journey from lead to patient, onboarding them into our clinical program, and working closely with doctors and product teams.
• Building playbooks and processes for a fast-growing sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
