Model Validation Senior Manager

Join Monzo, a fast-growing digital bank, as a Model Validation Senior Manager. In this role, you will lead the oversight of Generative AI models and use cases, ensuring they are beneficial for both Monzo and its customers. You will collaborate with first line of defense teams to strengthen policies and procedures, set and maintain validation methods, and coach colleagues on validation methodologies. Additionally, you will perform independent model validations, build relationships with modeling teams, and monitor ongoing model performance. • Lead the oversight of Generative AI models/use cases, ensuring they are beneficial for both Monzo and its customers.
• Collaborate with first line of defence teams to strengthen policies, standards, and procedures for Generative AI model governance.
• Set and maintain Generative AI validation methods, evidence expectations, and reusable technical assets across all model risk areas.
