Technical Lead, Data Platform Engineer

• Lead the technical direction of the Data Platform, turning the target architecture into a clear, sequenced engineering plan.
• Own the technical quality of the platform, including Snowflake infrastructure, ingestion patterns, orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and cost controls.
• Grow the team by mentoring engineers, spreading knowledge, and setting a review culture that is fast and deep.
